With the aim to help you meet your goals and grow daily in all areas of your life - both in physical health, mental wellbeing and personal development, we have designed the TGL app to help align your BODY and your MIND to your best possible state of being - because when you align your body and your mind and give it the best care, other aspects of your life will fall into "alignment" too.

Inside the app, you will be able to enjoy the content split into 2 key categories:

BODY:
Here you will find hours and hours of workouts split into 3 key themes (Sweat & Sculpt, Tone & Lengthen and Flow & Heal) all filmed live at our Private Studio with our Trainer/Health Coach & Founder, Dao Chi Anh; weeks of nutritious meal plans and recipes (7 day reset, 21 day toning, Healthy & Strong Pregnancy...) developed and verified by professional nutritionists and dietician.

Along with Nutrition Plans and Mindfulness, Personal Development lessons, each week we will release new classes under below 3 formats:

SWEAT & SCULPT - Full Body cardio burn and Muscle sculpting on the rebounder and small resistance training equipments - designed to torch fats and calories FAST. You will leave the workout feeling pumped and sculpted.

TONE & LENGTHEN - Full Body muscle lengthening and strengthening through Pilates and Barre inspired movements that are slow and controlled but not any less challenging than Sweat & Sculpt sessions. You will leave the workout feeling taller, longer and more graceful.

FLOW & HEAL - This class is all about recovery, feeling good and finding your oasis. We guide you through stretching exercises, deep massages on the foam roller and focus on opening tight muscles and fascia for better circulation and flexibility, with a calming meditation to round off each class. You will feel renewed and open to receive life’s gifts after each session.


MIND:
Here you will be guided into the vast realm of mental wellbeing and personal development with guides on practicing mindfulness, meditation and shaping healthier thoughts towards a state of joy and happiness that will enable you to become your best self, led by our Psychologist Matthew Ryan, who has had 30 years of experience in the field of clinical counseling and therapy, specializing in couple/marriage and family counseling. There will also be Practical Workshops on helping you grow your ability to manage relationships, career, finances, marriage and navigating this modern life as a woman. Whether you are an aspiring fresh graduate looking for a job, a new mom getting back on your feet, or a thriving professional looking to expand your network and skills sets, you can find support here on TGL.
